Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, you will meet your mountain biking guide for a detailed trip briefing, route overview, and equipment inspection.

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepalese welcome dinner featuring authentic local cuisine including the famous Dal Bhat set. This is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow riders and prepare for the Himalayan adventure ahead.

Today begins with a scenic warm-up ride around the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. The ride helps riders adjust to the bikes and terrain before entering the high Himalayan trails. Cycling through peaceful countryside roads and forested paths, we head toward Dhadgaon and sections of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park.

The ride eventually leads to the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Asia. Here, we enjoy lunch, explore the surrounding monasteries, and experience the vibrant Tibetan Buddhist atmosphere.

After breakfast, we load the mountain bikes and begin a scenic drive toward Besisahar, the traditional gateway to the Annapurna Circuit.

The journey passes through terraced hillsides, river valleys, and traditional Nepalese settlements while offering excellent views of rural life and distant Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival, we finalize preparations, meet the local support team, and relax before beginning the biking adventure.

The biking expedition officially begins today as we follow rugged trails alongside the Marsyangdi River. The route climbs steadily through terraced farmlands, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and picturesque villages surrounded by steep green hills.

Although the day includes significant uphill riding, the incredible scenery and flowing mountain trails make the effort rewarding. We spend the night in the charming village of Tal, beautifully situated within a dramatic river gorge.

Today features one of the tougher climbing sections of the entire adventure. Riding through dense forests, rocky jeep tracks, and mountain valleys, we gradually gain altitude while enjoying magnificent Himalayan scenery.

As we ascend above 2,000 meters, the mountain environment becomes more dramatic and cooler. By afternoon, we arrive in Chame, the administrative center of Manang District, known for its beautiful mountain views and natural hot springs.

Leaving Manang behind, we ride toward Khangsar Village and continue through rugged Himalayan terrain toward Tilicho Base Camp.

Today’s route includes narrow mountain paths, rocky sections, and landslide-prone trails that require careful riding and good concentration. Despite the technical challenges, the landscapes are incredibly dramatic with panoramic views of Tilicho Peak and surrounding mountains.

We start early this morning for an unforgettable excursion to the breathtaking Tilicho Lake. Located high in the Himalayas, the turquoise lake is regarded as one of the highest lakes in the world.

The trail climbs steadily along rugged mountain slopes before revealing the spectacular lake beneath towering peaks. After enjoying the incredible scenery and spiritual atmosphere, we descend back toward Shree Kharka for the overnight stay.

Today we reconnect with the main Annapurna Circuit route and continue riding through Yak Kharka toward Thorong Phedi.

The trail gradually ascends through high-altitude landscapes with expansive mountain views and grazing yak pastures. Upon arrival, the afternoon is reserved for rest, hydration, and preparation for tomorrow’s challenging crossing of Thorong La Pass.

Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the expedition. We begin before sunrise to tackle the ascent toward Thorong La Pass, the highest point of the adventure.

Due to the altitude and steep terrain, certain sections may require pushing or carrying the bike. Reaching the summit is an incredible achievement rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. From the pass, enjoy a thrilling descent toward the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath.
