I loved my experience with Target Himalaya! I spent 12 days with Kamala, who guided me through the Annapurna circuit trek including a diversion to Tilicho Lake. The experience itself was amazing and Kamala’s guidance made it easy, seamless and so joyful. I highly recommend Target Himalaya to anyone considering them!

Having a fabulous and enriching time during our 5-day stay in Batase Village. Our hosts, Sujan and Kamala, have been wonderful, so friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. We trekked overnight from Kathmandu, stayed in Chisopani, and arrived in Batase for lunch the next day. The setting is incredible, with views across the Langtang range. The food prepared by Chef Sabin has been varied, fresh, and delicious. We have partnered with Sujan and Kamala to deliver oral hygiene workshops and creative thinking sessions (with Eric from Little Go Getters) at the Batase Village School. This is part of the community outreach work Sujan and Kamala lead in their home village. This morning, we spoke with students, teachers, and local community leaders to hear their ideas and the projects they would like to develop to improve education and other outcomes for students and the wider village. The Mad Cow Project will continue to work with Target Himalaya and the Batase community to help deliver these initiatives.

@themadcowproject and @littlegogetters recently partnered with Target Himalaya for an incredible 8-day experience combining sightseeing, trekking, social work and relaxation. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire journey and it was a pleasure working together on organizing our impact projects. A big thank you to Sujan, Kamala, Sabin and Kamal for being such warm and generous hosts. This local, family-run team is doing wonderful work for both visitors and the community. P.S. The village accommodation was very comfortable, with warm showers, a seated toilet, an on-site chef, tents with mattresses and blankets and filtered drinking water available.

Absolutely fabulous. Great company, great staff, and an amazing location with million-dollar views. I am four days into a five-day trekking package with a volunteer focus. The fact that the company is a locally owned, family-run organization with a community focus was the reason I chose Target Himalaya Treks. They have a great base in Batase, which has the best shower I have experienced in Nepal. The food was local and catered to my dietary needs. I would highly recommend this organization for any of your guiding needs in Nepal.

My EBC trek with Target Himalaya was absolutely unforgettable. The team took care of every detail, the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and kind in helping me manage and lead a group of ladies to our goal. The entire journey felt safe, supported and Kamala was such an inspiration! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning their Himalayan adventure.
