Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Target Himalaya will warmly welcome you and assist you with a smooth transfer to your hotel. After hotel check-in, you can relax and recover from your long international journey. Later in the evening, you will meet the Target Himalaya expedition team along with your trekking and climbing guides. This day is specially allocated for the final preparation and arrangement of your Lobuche Peak expedition. In the morning, you will attend a comprehensive trip briefing where your guide will explain the complete itinerary, trekking routes, altitude information, safety measures, and climbing procedures. You will also have the chance to meet your climbing guide personally and discuss the expedition in detail.

Today marks the beginning of your Himalayan adventure as you board an exciting scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Upon landing at the famous Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla (2,800m), you will officially enter the Khumbu region.

Upon reaching High Camp, the expedition crew will set up the camp and prepare for the summit push. In the afternoon, your climbing guide will provide important training regarding climbing techniques, rope handling, crampon use, and safety procedures. This practical session is extremely useful in preparing climbers for the technical summit day ahead.
